PLAY AGAIN
TRAIN YOUR MIND. TRAIN YOUR BODY.
The biggest mistake people make is surrendering to a future they believe is limited by chronic injury and the mental toll it brings.
Together we treat the physical impairment while healing the mind.
I'm living proof it works & will teach you how.

Life-altering injuries taught me the true value of resilience. But when my father was diagnosed with a brain tumor, I learned from the physical therapists caring for him that PT heals more than the body. The psychology behind recovery has equally as much impact in healing and longevity. I transformed those personal setbacks into a passion for healing, and today I merge that firsthand perspective with 12+ years of clinical expertise to help you move without physical and mental limits.

TRAINING METHODS
Break the Barriers You Create Around Healing & Your Mindset
We educate our patients on neuroplasticity: the brain's ability to adapt and rewire. Our bodies are built from countless connected structures that can be altered, strengthened and reorganized.
Whether it's an old sports injury or a chronic condition you've carried for years that made you feel limited or defeated, we teach you how to practice safely on your own, using what you already have access to, so you're never guessing whether you're helping or hurting yourself.
Hands On. Then On Your Own
Manual techniques you learn to recreate yourself like self-massage, mobility drills, and release work you can do on your own, no equipment or gym required.
Small Gear. Real Progress.
Resistance bands and light equipment you can keep at home or pack in a bag. Just simple tools that make your practice repeatable, wherever you are.
Bodywork, Anywhere.
No gym, no excuse. Bodywork training you can do in your living room, a park, or a hotel room, building a practice you'll actually maintain, wherever life happens.

Your First Session We Create Your Training Plan.
The Next Is Your Follow-Through

Initial Evaluation & Treatment
60 Minutes | One-on-One
Your first session is a deep dive. We'll perform a comprehensive evaluation of your whole body — not just the area that hurts — followed by hands-on treatment the same day. You'll leave with a personalized plan of care built around your specific goals, plus a home exercise program to keep progress moving between visits.
Every follow-up session builds on this foundation — with less formal testing and more hands-on, results-driven treatment.

Follow-Up Treatment Session
60 Minutes | One-on-One
A full hour of hands-on, personalized treatment.
Each session may include mobility and strength training, stretching, joint manipulation, and multimodal manual therapy techniques.
May including myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and massage.
All tailored to where you are in your recovery.
